Schedule/Introduction

Are you interested in checking us out? Of course you are! Just follow the instructions below to complete the mandatory registration process.  Class sizes are limited, so random drop-ins are prohibited.  Participants must attend an Intro class prior to attending regular classes.  If you’re visiting us from another CrossFit box, then please follow the same procedure below and send an e-mail to david@crossfitstrongsville.com to confirm the classes you would like to enroll in and cover the basics.

Within a few hours of registering your information, you will receive a welcome e-mail, as well as a waiver of liability, the code of conduct for our classes, and the “Getting Started with CrossFit Strongsville” information form about class structure, tips, and frequently asked questions.  After you have signed the liability form, as well read and signed the other documents, you can register for the introduction class that fits your schedule.  Please e-mail any questions or conflicts to info@crossfitstrongsville.com

Steps to register:

  2. Enter your e-mail and follow the next steps in entering your information
  3. **VERY IMPORTANT** Choose the appropriate option from the “How did you hear about us?” list
  4. Click Register
  5. Check your e-mail, sign all of the documents (some documents may take up to 8 hours to process and send), and then register for the CrossFit Intro Class that fits within your schedule.

We are closed the following holidays: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
