Are you interested in checking us out? Of course you are! Just follow the instructions below to complete the mandatory registration process. Class sizes are limited, so random drop-ins are prohibited. Participants must attend an Intro class prior to attending regular classes. If you’re visiting us from another CrossFit box, then please follow the same procedure below and send an e-mail to email@example.com to confirm the classes you would like to enroll in and cover the basics.
Within a few hours of registering your information, you will receive a welcome e-mail, as well as a waiver of liability, the code of conduct for our classes, and the “Getting Started with CrossFit Strongsville” information form about class structure, tips, and frequently asked questions. After you have signed the liability form, as well as read and signed the other documents, you can register for the introduction class that fits your schedule. Our coached CrossFit Classes schedule is as follows:
CrossFit Kids is currently offered for children aged 7 to 12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 PM.

Personal Training Sessions, Nutrition Consultations, Introduction Sessions, and all other specialty appointments are scheduled on specific basis. Reserve your appointments here!

We are closed the following holidays: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
