This competition is tailored for beginners and veterans alike, so check it out, sign up, and share with your friends (tell them to sign up under CrossFit Strongsville to increase our chances of winning another rower)!
We are finalizing the new HERO shirt and will have a pre-order with mock up available by the end of next week! We will ONLY be ordering based on the pre-order, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to get another great shirt. Additionally, we will have the pre-order available to support Coach Vinny “The Bull” in his quest to dominate the CrossFit Games Central Regional in Tennessee at the end of May. We should have that available in the next 2 weeks. Again, we will only order based on the pre-order amounts!
