“What consumes your mind, controls your life.”
I heard this quote recently and really liked its direct truth. What is consuming your mind? Do you accept the lies of “I can’t,” “I’m not capable,” or, “I’ll get to it tomorrow?” Try using affirmations in those moments, like “I can/I will,” “I’m qualified,” or, “I’ll get it done right now,” and consume your mind with action, purpose, and drive.

Coaching: “Chelsea” is the taller, meaner cousin of “Cindy” who likes to slowly but surely wear you down as your rest time gets shorter and shorter, but the workload remains the same. Try to last as long as possible with the EMOM beeps. When you can’t complete the set of reps, make a note of it, and try to AMRAP the remaining minutes. Your score is the last round you fully accomplished with all 30 reps, but the extra work will be important for building your endurance and capability with the movements.
