Coaching: This is so simple on paper…I’m sure it will be easy, right? The Shoulder-to-Overheads can be executed as Strict Presses, Push Presses, and any form of a Jerk, but we recommend at least utilizing Push Presses because they’re faster and a more efficient use of your time and muscular endurance. Cycle the reps quickly and post a killer score!
