“At the end of the day it’s about how much you can bear, how much you can endure. Being together, we harm nobody; being apart, we extinguish ourselves.”
― Tabitha Suzuma, Forbidden

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5

For time:
25 Handstand Push Ups/HSPU Progressions
50 Toes To Bars/Hanging Knee Raises
Run, 800 m
75 Push Press, (75/55) (45/33) lbs
150 Double Unders/3:1 Jump Rope Singles (450)

After a tremendous day of PRs and a longer Benchmark WOD, we’re continuing to work on our endurance through adversity with today’s WOD. With the HSPU, be sure to utilize a progression that you can quantify, like putting a 25# plate underneath the AbMat where your head will rest on the bottom, so you can note it. Multiple AbMats is not the safest approach for your neck and it doesn’t offer the same concept of measurement. Attack the 800m run with just enough speed to keep you moving, but use that time to also recover your shoulders for the Push Presses.
