Especially amidst this CrossFit Games Open season, it’s important to get into class and be ready to get some work done. One of the key elements to ensuring your capability to perform and maintain healthy movement while limiting the risk of injury is to perform a series of static and dynamic stretches. So, even if the coach hasn’t initiated it while they get everybody checked in, start using some of the stretches you’ve learned during those first 5 minutes of class. You can still have some great converstion while getting your pain face on and you’ll be all the more ready to crush the tasks ahead.
Perform 6 Sets of 30-second L Sit Holds
Rest as needed between sets.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
20 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
30 Double Unders
