Before we get our AMFAP (as much food as possible) on tomorrow, we have a “fun” WOD in store. This has become one of the favorites…for some weird reason…among our members the day before Thanksgiving and it is meant to represent the necessary travels we engage in over the holidays, visiting multiple houses to spend time with our families and endulging in copious amounts of food. So, your WOD today is, “Thanksgiving with the Girls.” You’ll visit the many houses of the Girl WODs and sample a volume of the reps they have to offer. And, just like Thanksgiving, you’ll probably need an AMNAP afterward…

“Thanksgiving With The Girls” (Team)
In todays WOD we will have a typical holiday and visit a few family and friends houses to help them celebrate their unique traditions. You will have a partner and each person will complete all reps, with one partner working at a time, tagging off each time. Runs can be done together. These can be done in any order deemed necessary by the coach.
