A) 1 Power Clean + 1 Power Jerk:
5×2 at 75% 1RM
B) Front Squat:
4×3 at 75% 1RM
C) Wide Grip Pull Ups:
*Modify as needed, but maintain wide grip.*

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
21 Wall Balls, CRX: 20/14 lbs, FRX: pick weight, 10/9 ft
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in, FRX: Step Ups Optional
9 Hang Power Cleans, CRX: 115/75 lbs, FRX: 75/55 lbs

This 10 Minute Sprint will require you to break up the wall balls as little as possible so the clock doesn’t get away from you too quickly. The box jumps will naturally take a little time and you’ll also need to pick up the bar as quickly as possible. Be ready for an order of lung burn and an extra side of wobbly legs.
