What do you specialize in?: Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics skills
What are you passionate about?: Crossfit, lifting and helping people become the best version of themselves and helping them have a better life
What do you love most about coaching your members?: I love seeing people grow and improve. Not only in the world of fitness but also when what we are doing in class helps them in life and everyday activities. Whether it be loosing weight or just becoming healthier that’s what I love about coaching our members
What is your athletic background? Any notable accomplishments?: I swam for 3 years in high school, been lifting weights since I was 5 and played baseball my whole life. My most notable accomplishments would be holding the state junior record for snatch and clean and jerk in my weight class and making it to Junior Nations for Olympic lifting when I was 19 years old.
How did you end up as a CrossFit coach? What path brought you here?: I ended up a crossfit coach after I started programming for people who wanted to get stronger or get better in a certain skill and I wanted to learn more to be the best coach I can be so I went to go get my level 1.
What’s your favorite quote?: Random one but means a lot to me. “At the end of your feelings is nothing, but at the end of every principle is a promise” Eric Thomas
Is there anything else you want people to know about you?: Crossfit and Coaching are very important to me and I am the type of person who will go the extra mile to help someone in whatever type of goal they have, even if it’s something I don’t know much about I will make it a goal of mine to learn all I can to help that person with their goal or dream. I believe having goals and dreaming is what makes life so special and I love being a part of that in peoples lives.
