Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! We scale each class to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Remote 1-on-1 is a unique 6-week program designed to help you take the crucial first steps in your fitness journey. This dedicated experience can be done anywhere; at home, your current gym, or on the go. It provides a mentor assigned specifically to you to guide you throughout, qualified coaching and instruction, encouragement and accountability through weekly check-ins, measurements before and after, and an individualized nutritional coaching program.
